This is a "USED" knife. The blade and body are in near-mint condition. However, the tip lock is broken on the inside; thus, the blade will not lock when in the closed position. The blade does not come open; however, the lock does not work.

KERSAW will repair the lock as part of the "lifetime" guarantee. I have not had the time to send it back for repair.
